GATHER INGREDIENTS

Get the green onions cut and prepped. Then place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until combined. 

CHILL

Next, place your bowl of dip in the refrigerator, allowing it to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup dried chives
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
