  • Pizza crust: feel free to make your own homemade pizza crust or you can buy it premade at the grocery store (what we did).
  • Cheddar cheese: we added cheddar to add a sharpness and to compliment the mac and cheese.

Add Toppings

Sprinkle on the cheeses and then spread out the mac and cheese. Finally, add on the crumbled bacon.

Bake Pizza

Bake the pizza at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes or until the crust begins to turn golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container or wrapped in tin foil in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.

Tips & Notes

  • We used a commercial pizza crust for this recipe. If you use something different, please follow the baking times and temperatures on the packaging.
  • Cut up hot dogs can be a fun substitute for bacon. A bit of youth nostalgia.
  • This recipe is great to use up leftover mac and cheese. If you need to make fresh mac, make that first and set it aside while preparing the other ingredients.
