Easy Ingredient Swaps
Frozen peas: fresh English peas are a great alternative to frozen peas if they’re in season where you live.
Creamy dressing: If you donโt have time to make the homemade creamy dressing, a store-bought ranch, blue cheese or caesar dressing will also work depending on your taste preference.
Diced sharp cheddar cheese: feel free to use any diced semi-hard or hard cheese you have on hand! White cheddar, marble jack, pepper jack or swiss are great alternatives.
Crumbled bacon: we love the simplicity of using crumbled bacon slices or bacon bits, but diced ham or shredded rotisserie chicken would work as well.
