- Transfer: transfer the fudge into a lined 8×8-inch pan and spread the mixture out so taht it’s even.
- Drizzle peanut butter: drizzle the peanut butter on top of the fudge and swirl the peanut butter with a toothpick or knife.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cream Cheese Fudge
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- ยผ cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- ยฝ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons drippy peanut butter
Instructions
- Begin by lining an 8ร8-inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Next, place the cream cheese and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl and use a stand mixer or a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese and cream together on high until light, fluffy, and smooth.
- Place the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds to melt the chocolate. Stir the chocolate chips and repeat this process until the chocolate chips are melted.
- Turn the mixer to low and carefully add the melted chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture. Mix on low until all the ingredients are combined.
- Continue to mix on low and add the vanilla and cocoa powder to the mixture.
- Then, slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture (โ cup at a time) until the mixture is combined and thickened.
- Carefully pour the cream cheese mixture into the lined 8ร8-inch pan and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Finally, drizzle drippy peanut butter over the cream cheese mixture and swirl the peanut butter with a toothpick to create a swirl on the top of the fudge.
- Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for a harder fudge.
