- Vanilla extract: the vanilla-flavored filling compliments the strawberries so well!
- Pie crust: we kept things simple and used a pre-made, refrigerated pie crust from the grocery store.

- Strawberries: you can’t have a strawberry tart without a bunch of fresh strawberries!
- Egg: a beaten egg is brushed onto the pie crust to give it a nice golden sheen and crispy texture.
How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Tart
PREHEAT OVEN
Preheat the oven to 400โ.
MIX UP THE TART FILLING
Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Using a hand held mixer, mix until everything is combined. Set aside.
ASSEMBLE
Roll the pie crust out onto a baking sheet so that it is lying completely flat. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the pie crust, leaving a 2-inch border. Next, spread the jam on top of the cream cheese and then pile the strawberries on top of the jam.
Encase the strawberries in the crust by gently picking up the edges of the tart and folding the crust in on top of the strawberries. Then use a pastry brush to paint the whisked egg onto the outside of the crust and sprinkle the granulated sugar on top of the crust and berries.
BAKEย
Bake your strawberry cheesecake tart for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Allow the tart to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- If you need to make this tart ahead of time, cover and chill it until ready to serve. The fresh strawberries on top will taste the best the day it was made.
- Make sure that you leave time for your cream cheese to soften before mixing. Otherwise, it’ll result in a lumpier filling.
