Next, sprinkle the cheese over the sauce along with the Italian sausage and pepperoni.

Place a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread the oil around the bottom of the skillet.ย Place the open quesadilla into the skillet and cook for 1 minute. After one minute fold the quesadilla with a spatula and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.ย
