Top Tips for Perfect Apple Pie with Cheese

It is important to bake the pie on a cookie sheet: In the beginning the apples will overflow in the crust, but they will settle and sink while baking.

You can certainly mix up the spices in this more traditional apple pie filling: Adding nutmeg and/or clove or vanilla can bring great warm flavor profiles.

Do not to adjust the crumble topping: Crumble toppings can be finicky, and can make or break a pie. This one comes out perfectly crispy on top ๐Ÿ˜€
