How to Make Bacon, Egg and Cheese
Prepare Biscuits
Add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to a large bowl. Whisk together. Add in the grated butter. Using your hands break the butter up into the flour.
Next, add the milk. Using your hands, gently bring them together until the dough begins to hold together. Transfer the dough onto a work surface and fold it together until everything is combined and a ball has formed.
Roll the dough into a square fold it over and roll again, do this 3-4 times. For the final rollout, roll until it is about 12×9 inches and ½ inch thick.
Cut the dough into 8 biscuits — about 3×3 inches. Place them onto a baking sheet and set them into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Bake Biscuits
After the 10 minutes, bake for 10-15 minutes at 450℉.
Prepare bacon
Prepare the bacon by lining a baking sheet with a baking rack. Reduce the heat of the oven to 400℉, and place bacon on the rack and cook to the desired doneness — 10-20 minutes.Check out this bacon in the oven method for more details ๐
Prepare Eggs
Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Spray a 9×13-inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Transfer the eggs to the baking sheet and bake at the same time as the bacon for 10-12 minutes.
When the eggs are done baking, cut into 8 squares.
Assemble Sandwiches & Enjoy!
To assemble the sandwiches, cut open the biscuits and layer 1 slice of egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 2 slices of bacon.
