How to Make Air Fryer Cheese Curds
Mix Together Cheese Curd Breading
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until they’re smooth.
In another small bowl, add the flour and salt, and mix together.
In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and mix together.
Time to Dip
Working a few at a time, dip a cheese curd into the flour, followed by the egg wash and then the breadcrumbs.
Then, dip the cheese curd back into the egg wash and back into the breadcrumbs again.
Pro tip: Double-dipping will help keep the cheese sealed so it doesnโt explode in the air fryer.
Freeze Your Curds
Place the breaded cheese curd on a parchment-lined baking sheet and repeat with the remaining cheese curds. Once all of the curds have been breaded, freeze them for 1 hour.
Time to Air Fry
Once the cheese curds have frozen, spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add as many cheese curds as will fit, making sure none of the curds are touching.
Spray the top of the curds with olive oil spray and bake at 400ยฐF for 6-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp.
Serve & Enjoy with Dip
Serve warm, your favorite dipping sauce on the side. We make some recommendations below.

Don’t Skip the Olive Oil Spray: spraying your curds with olive oil with help them crisp up to a golden brown. And spraying the basket itself will prevent the curds from sticking to the basket.
How to Store Cheese Curds
Store any leftover cheese curds in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two days.
To reheat: preheat your air fryer to 350ยฐF, and reheat the curds for 2-3 minutes or until fully reheated.
