- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme minced
- 1 ball burrata cheese
Preheat your oven to 400°F.Â
Add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh thyme to a sheet pan and toss to combine.Â
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tomatoes are warm and just starting to burst.Â
Turn off the oven, place the burrata on the sheet pan and place it back into the oven for 1 minute. You don’t want the burrata to melt -- just to warm lightly.Â
