Pizza Bagels

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 plain bagels sliced in half
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese ~1 cup
- 2 oz. mini pepperoni ~2 tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ and drizzle olive oil in the air fryer.
Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each bagel. Add ¼ cup of cheese, ½ tablespoon of pepperoni, and ¼ teaspoon of Italian seasoning to each bagel.
Place 2 bagels into the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Continue until all of the bagels are cooked.
Serve immediately.

- We like using mini pepperoni when air frying. Larger slices that are cut into smaller pieces come off during cooking.
- To make these in the oven, bake at 375℉ for 10-15 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of onions, peppers, or your favorite pizza toppings instead of or in addition to the pepperoni.
