Cream Cheese Crepe Filling

- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh mint
Prepare the filling. Add all of the ingredients, except the strawberries, to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until the cream has thickened and the filling is light and fluffy.
Follow instructions to desired crepe recipe.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and mint. Serve Immediately.
