Rosie is a professionally trained chef and cheesemonger. She trained at Minneapolis Community and Technical College in 2012. Rosie has almost 2 decades of experience in the food industry, working at Kowalski's, a high-end specialty grocer in Minneapolis in the deli and bakery departments. This is where she began her recipe development career. Rosie also has experience working in catering and in restaurants. Rosie has been such an amazing addition to the team and brings so much fun energy to the studio.
