Tortellini Caesar Salad
This tortellini caesar salad turns a store-bought Caesar salad kit into a filling, cheesy main dish with almost zero effort. Cheese tortellini gets tossed with the kit's romaine, dressing, and croutons, then loaded up with extra grated parmesan.

- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 10 oz caesar salad kit (including dressing)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- extra Caesar dressing, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pat the pasta dry or let it air-dry for a few minutes before mixing the salad.
Add the cooked tortellini, salad kit contents (romaine, dressing, and croutons), and grated parmesan cheese to a large mixing bowl.
Toss to combine. Add more Caesar dressing if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
- I used the Taylor Farms Caesar salad kit in this recipe. Any brand that includes romaine, dressing, and croutons will work.
- The croutons soften quickly once dressed, so this salad is best served right away.
