Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper thinly sliced, seeds removed

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, lime zest, and lime juice to a large bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to mix until well combined and no lumps remain.

  • Transfer the creamy mixture to a serving dish (similar in size to an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch pan) and use a spatula to spread it in an even layer.

  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce, Roma tomatoes, avocado, and jalapeño.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
