Easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Add the cream cheese and honey to a medium bowl.
Use a hand mixer set to high speed and mix until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Set aside.
In a separate medium bowl, add the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer set to medium/high speed and beat until stiff peaks begin to form, about 4-6 minutes.
Transfer the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula to gently combine the two mixtures together. Avoid over mixing to prevent the whipped cream from losing its airiness.
Serve immediately with your favorite fruit, sweet crackers or cookies, or pretzels.
