- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 ct. Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb. sliced ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey to a small bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
Cut the Hawaiian buns down the middle hamburger bun style and spread the honey mustard mixture on the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls.
Next, layer the ham and provolone cheese on top of the honey mustard sauce.
Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the meat and cheese. Place the rolls into the baking dish and cover with tin foil. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes.
Take the rolls out of the oven and brush with all of the butter. Place the rolls back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Allow the sliders to sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
- Store-bought honey mustard can be used as a substitute for this homemade one. This recipe makes 1 tablespoon short of ½ a cup.
- You could technically sub a turkey for this recipe, but the ham pairs really nicely with the honey mustard.
