Notes

  • You need 1 cup of cheese for this dish. It can truly be any combination of cheese that you like. It is also a great way to use up small amounts of cheese you might have, or a great way to play around with combinations of cheeses.
  • How to reheat (oven): If you have time, reheating in the oven is a great method! Simply add a little milk (start with a tablespoon, and go up from there depending on how much cheese pasta you're reheating!), stir thoroughly, cover an oven-safe dish, and bake at 350°F for 10-20 minutes depending on quantity.
  • How to reheat (stovetop or microwave): Short on time? Add a splash of milk to a saucepan and reheat over low heat, stirring frequently, until warmed through. In the microwave, add a splash of milk, cover, and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until hot.
