- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Add the cottage cheese, honey, and Dijon mustard to a small food processor or high-speed blender with a narrow vessel. Process until combined and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed so all of the cottage cheese curds are blended.
Transfer the smooth dip to a serving bowl. Serve with your favorite crunchy vegetables, chips, chicken nuggets, or mini corndogs.
- Any mustard can be used in this recipe. The type of mustard you use will dictate the flavor of the dip.
- Maple syrup can be used in place of the honey.
