Cheese Grits Recipe

- 4 cups chicken broth or any kind of broth
- 1 1/4 cups course ground cornmeal
- 1/2 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bring the broth to a boil in a medium-sized pot.Â
Add the cornmeal and reduce to a simmer.Â
Cook the grits for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove grits from heat and add Greek yogurt, parmesan and cheddar cheese.Â
Mix well and serve immediately.
