Easy Pumpkin Mousse
This pumpkin mousse is an easy, creamy, no-bake dessert that is full of all your favorite fall flavors and uses cream cheese as its star ingredient.

- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 15 oz. canned pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup shaved chocolate
Place the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl and mix using a hand mixer until combined.
Next, add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix until the heavy cream has thickened and stiff peaks form.
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
While the mousse is chilling, make the whipped cream topping. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. About 2 or 3 minutes.
Top the mousse with the whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
- This can be served as a large dessert or split into single servings. The pumpkin mousse roughly yields 5 cups.
- If making ahead of time, wait until ready to serve, or close to that time, to make the whipped cream topping.
