Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme minced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. 
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh thyme to a sheet pan and toss to combine.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tomatoes are warm and just starting to burst. 
  • Turn off the oven, place the burrata on the sheet pan and place it back into the oven for 1 minute. You don’t want the burrata to melt -- just to warm lightly.
