Focaccia Bread

Rosemary focaccia bread is an easy homemade bread!

What you need:

Flour Olive oil Yeast Rosemary Parmesan cheese Salt

Activate Yeast

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let bloom for 5 minutes. Then, add olive oil.

Mix Dry

Combine flour, parmesan, rosemary, garlic, and salt.

Combine

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix dough. Then, knead it until it's smooth and elastic.

Let Rest

Let the dough rest in an olive oil greased-bowl, covered, for 2 hours.

Transfer Dough

Transfer dough to pan and let it rest one more time. Then, use your fingers to dimple the dough. Add olive oil and rosemary.

Bake

Bake at 425ºF for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with flakey sea salt.
