  • To assemble the sandwiches spread ½ cup of pimento spread on one slice of bread and top with another slice of bread.

Tips & Notes

  • To make this a grilled pimento cheese sandwich spread ½ tablespoon of butter on each slice of bread. Place a pan over medium/high heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
  • This sandwich is perfect as is. But it can truly be built into anything you want. Add sliced meats, veggies, or garnish with an olive or mini pickle.
