Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3- oz. blue cheese crumbles ~½ cup
  • ½ cup buttermilk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, parsley, chives, garlic powder salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

  • Next, add the blue cheese crumbles. Combine until the crumbles are mixed evenly throughout.

  • Slowly stir in the buttermilk one tablespoon at a time. Continue adding buttermilk until desired dressing consistency.

Tips & Notes

After step 2 is complete you have a dip. It would be great with pretzels, chips, or fresh veggies.
