Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and set it aside.
Pat the wings dry with a paper towel and then place them in a large bowl. Add the flour and toss to combine.
Add the wings to the air fryer (in a single layer) and spray them lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
Cook at 400ºF for 8 minutes.
Then, flip the wings over, spray the second side with olive oil cooking spray and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic cloves, and red pepper flakes. Add the chicken wings and toss to combine.
Place the chicken wings back in the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Drizzle any additional sauce over the wings and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Store any leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
