Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons drippy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Begin by lining an 8×8-inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Next, place the cream cheese and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl and use a stand mixer or a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese and cream together on high until light, fluffy, and smooth.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds to melt the chocolate. Stir the chocolate chips and repeat this process until the chocolate chips are melted.
  • Turn the mixer to low and carefully add the melted chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture. Mix on low until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Continue to mix on low and add the vanilla and cocoa powder to the mixture.
  • Then, slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture (⅓ cup at a time) until the mixture is combined and thickened.
  • Carefully pour the cream cheese mixture into the lined 8×8-inch pan and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Finally, drizzle drippy peanut butter over the cream cheese mixture and swirl the peanut butter with a toothpick to create a swirl on the top of the fudge.
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for a harder fudge.
