Philly Cheesesteak Dip

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 lb. 85% ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese cubed
- 4 oz. sliced provolone cheese
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and ground beef and cook for 3-4 minutes.
When there is a little pink left in the ground beef, add the bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
Next, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese and Velveeta. Stir until melted.
Turn the oven to broil on high. Lay the provolone on top of the skillet and place in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with kettle chips.
