- 4 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl and add the salt and pepper. Whisk together and set aside.
