Leftover Thanksgiving Sliders

Got tons of leftovers from Thanksgiving? These leftover Thanksgiving sliders will be your new favorite way to enjoy all your favorite Thanksgiving staples all in one tiny little sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 12 ct. Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1.5 lbs. leftover turkey sliced or shredded
  • 1.5 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1.5 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 8 oz. brie cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Leaving the Hawaiian rolls stuck together, cut the buns in half horizontally.
  • Spread ¼ cup of cranberry sauce on the bottom and the remaining on the top of the buns. Layer the turkey, stuffing, and potatoes on top. Lay the brie slices on top of the potatoes and then put the top on.

  • Brush butter onto the top of the buns and sprinkle the herbs over them.

  • Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Cut into 12 pieces and serve.

Tips & Notes

  • Lots of sides can be used in this recipe. Mashed sweet potatoes, squash, or mac and cheese. The total amount should stay around 3 cups.
  • Dinner rolls could be used in place of the Hawaiian rolls, but they should be the same softness. Ones that are already crispy on the outside could become hard while baking.
