- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese ~1 cup
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese ~1 cup
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 3-5 minutes more than the package instructions and drain. About 10 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, mustard powder, salt, Velveeta, and cheddar cheese to the pot. Turn the heat to low and stir to combine all of the ingredients, and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
- If the sauce is too thick, add more heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time.
