Classic Chip Dip

This classic chip dip recipe is easy, creamy and the perfect complement to a salty potato chip. Make a batch with just 7 ingredients. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix to combine.

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh chives.

Tips & Notes

  • Greek yogurt could be substituted for sour cream.
  • Add 2-3 teaspoons of brown sugar to this dip to make it sweet and salty.
