Classic Chip Dip
This classic chip dip recipe is easy, creamy and the perfect complement to a salty potato chip. Make a batch with just 7 ingredients. Enjoy!

- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped chives
Place all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh chives.
Serve with your favorite kettle chips and crunchy vegetables.
- Greek yogurt could be substituted for sour cream.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of brown sugar to this dip to make it sweet and salty.
