- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese ~¾ cup
- ¾ cup diced dill pickles
- ¼ cup minced fresh dill
In a large bowl add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and seasoning. Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients together until smooth.
Next add the pickle juice, cheddar, and pickles. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Scrape the sides of the bowl into a ball shape and place the cream cheese mixture into the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes (or until the cream cheese ball is firm enough to shape).
Remove the cheese ball from the fridge and use a spatula or your hands to form the cream cheese into a perfect ball.
Carefully roll the cheese ball in the minced dill so that it is completely covered.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
- Use spicy pickles to kick the cheese ball up a notch.
- Serve with corned beef slices to make this dish the Minnesotan way dontcha know.
- To make individual servings, before you form the big ball, use a small scoop or tablespoon to form smaller balls. Then roll in the dill. Serve with pretzel sticks to make an easy walking app.
