Bean and Cheese Burrito
This bean and cheese burrito recipe is so easy to make -- enjoy right away, or freeze them for later!

- 8 taco size flour tortillas ~8-inches
- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- ¼ cup salsa any kind
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning store bought or homemade
- 8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend ~2 cups
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Lay out each tortilla flat on a working surface.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese in the middle of each tortilla.
In a bowl mix together the refried beans, salsa, and taco seasoning. Transfer the mixture into a gallon size bag and snip off one corner of the bag.
Pipe out ¼ cup of refried beans onto each tortilla.
Roll each burrito by folding 2 opposite sides in and then rolling from top to bottom. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium heat. Place 4 burritos into the skillet seam side down. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite condiments.
