Pistachio  Pie Cups

WHAT YOU NEED

These mini pistachio pies are made with a graham cracker crust and a yummy pistachio pie filling made with instant pistachio pudding!

STEP 1

Make Crust

Place graham crackers and butter into a high speed blender. Blend on high to form a crumble. 

STEP 2

Bake Crust

Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of crust into each muffin well. Then, press it down to create crust. Bake at 350ºF for 10 min.

STEP 3

Pistachio Pie Filling

Combine softened cream cheese, milk, and instant pistachio pudding in a stand mixer until smooth.

STEP 4

Assemble

Scoop 2 tablespoons of pistachio pie filling on top of each crust. Then, chill in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

Top with fresh whipped cream and enjoy!
