White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

If you're a mac and cheese fan, you'll love this white cheddar mac and cheese recipe!

What you need:

pasta shells sea salt unsalted butter all-purpose flour 2% milk white cheddar cheese salt granulated garlic

Boil Pasta

Bring water to a boil and add pasta. Cook until al-dente. Drain and set aside.


Make a Roux

Heat a large pot over med/high heat. Add butter. When melted add flour and whisk until a crumble forms.


Finish Roux

Add milk & whisk constantly for 4-6 minutes until the roux thickens.


Add the Cheese

When roux is thickened, remove from heat, add cheese and whisk until melted.


Add Seasonings

Add granulated garlic, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce. Mix well.


Add Shells

Add cooked shells to the cheese sauce and mix until well combined. Enjoy!
