What are Slutty Cheesecake Bars?
Slutty Cheesecake Bars are a 3 layer dessert made of 1. cookie crust 2. Oreo cookie center and 3. caramel cheesecake top!
Layer 1:
Press a layer of cookie dough into the bottom of your 8x8-inch pan making sure it's 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
Layer 2:
Press 16 Oreo cookies firmly into the cookie dough in 4x4 rows. Your Oreos should fit snug in your 8x8-inch pan.
Layer 3:
Make cheesecake layer by combining cream cheese, sugar, and eggs. Pour into dish and crumble on Oreo chunks. Then, drizzle on warm caramel sauce.
Bake at 350ºF
Bake Slutty Cheesecake Bars at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes. Then, remove from oven and let them cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
