what you need:
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Garlic
Onion
Feta cheese
Pasta
Starchy pasta water
Prep Base
Add cherry tomatoes to a large casserole dish. Then, drizzle on olive oil and add balsamic vinegar, onion, and garlic.

Add Feta & Bake
Make 2 wells for your feta cheese and then place feta directly on the casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF for 40 minutes.
Mix Sauce
Use a spatula to smoosh the tomatoes until they burst. Then, add in some starchy pasta water and mix it with soft, baked feta cheese to create the sauce.

Toss Noodles
Add in cooked pasta. Then, toss everything together to combine. Serve with more feta cheese and fresh mint. Enjoy!
