Why you'll love it

A homemade tomato pesto sauce makes this an extra special pasta dish!

What you need:

olive oil rigatoni pasta cherry tomatoes garlic yellow onion salt sun dried tomato pesto heavy cream parmesan cheese

Cook Pasta

Cook pasta according to directions. Once done, set aside 1/3 cup of pasta water for the sauce. Then, strain and set aside.


Start Sauce

Heat olive oil in a large skillet then add cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, and a pinch of salt. Sauté over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.


Finish Sauce

Turn heat to low, add sundried tomato pesto and continue to cook. Then add pasta water & cook a couple more minutes. Then add cream and stir!


Add Pasta

Add pasta to sauce and stir. Then add parmesan cheese and let cook until melted. Serve immediately with preferred toppings.
