Stuffed Shells with Meat Sauce

Stuffed with spinach and a cheesy filling and then baked in a hearty meat sauce.

What you need:

jumbo shells ricotta cheese grated parmesan cheese mozzarella cheese Italian Seasoning egg fresh spinach ground beef garlic cloves marinara sauce

Boil

Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta, drain and set aside.

Add

Add the cheeses, Italian seasoning, salt, egg, and spinach to a bowl. Mix until combined. Transfer to a gallon-size storage bag and set aside.

Cook

Cook onions, peppers, ground beef & garlic. Add marinara & cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside. Pour marinara into the bottom of the baking dish.

Serve

Add ricotta mixture to each shell & add to baking dish. Top with marinara & cheese. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Let rest before serving.
