Italian pork sausage
baby potatoes
onion
bell peppers
heavy cream
flour

Italian seasoning
salt & pepper

Cook Sausage
Brown sausage until cooked through & crumbled. Set aside. Whisk milk & flour in a small bowl to use later.

Cook Potatoes
Cook potatoes until tender and set aside with pork. Add the onions and bell peppers & cook until tender and onion is cooked through.

Add Cream
Add sausage, potatoes & seasonings & stir well! Pour in cream and simmer on med/high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is bubbling & thickened.

Add Cheese
Top with cheese and keep on heat until melted. For a crispier topping, place the skillet under the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley & serve!
