Velveeta  Mac & Cheese

Why you'll love it

It's super simple to make Velveeta mac and cheese right at home!

What you need:

noodles unsalted butter all-purpose flour 2% milk velveeta cheese granulated garlic hot sauce salt ground pepper

Cook

Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Prepare a roux by melting butter. Add flour and whisk until the butter and flour form a crumble or paste.

Whisk

Slowly add milk to the pot, whisking constantly. Continue to whisk the roux over medium/high heat for about 4-6 minutes or until the roux thickens.

Add

When roux is thick, remove it from heat add the Velveeta. Whisk until cheese has melted. Add seasonings and mix well.

Serve

Add the cooked noodles into the pot with the Velveeta cheese sauce and then toss to combine everything together. Serve immediately.
