These cheeseburgers are always delicious, and never dry!

What you need:

unsalted butter hamburger buns 85/15 ground beef salt ground pepper cheddar cheese

Toast

Heat skillet & spread butter onto buns. Toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Make 4 even burger patties with a thumbprint in the center.

Season

Season patties with salt & pepper. Heat skillet & place burgers thumbprint side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Top

Top burgers with cheese, cover pan for 2 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve

Assemble the burger with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
