What you need:

Assemble

Assemble all of your ingredients for the scones. Make sure your butter is cold.

Mix Batter

Pulse together flour, baking powder, and cold butter. Add eggs and cream and mix until a dough forms. Then add bacon and cheddar cheese and mix.

Roll & Cut

Transfer dough to a clean surface and pack it together. Roll it out to 1" thick. Then, slice into desired shapes. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Bake

Transfer scones to a baking sheet and bake at 400ΒΊF for 12-14 minutes or until they begin to brown.

Serve & Enjoy!
