Salted Caramel Cheesecake

This salted caramel cheesecake is easy to make and the perfect dessert for a special occasion.

What you need:

graham cracker crumbs butter  caramel sauce coarse sea salt cream cheese granulated sugar whole milk sour cream pure vanilla extract eggs

Bake Crust

Preheat oven to 350 & prepare springform pan. Combine crumbs & butter and press into pan. Bake for 5 minutes, remove from oven & set aside.

Heat

Heat caramel sauce over medium heat. Stir continuously until smooth and pourable. Remove from  heat, stir in the salt. Set aside until ready to use.

Bake

Beat cream cheese & sugar. Mix in milk, sour cream, vanilla. Add in eggs & mix. Add half of salted caramel. Pour over crust & bake until golden brown.

Bake

Turn off oven, crack the door & allow cake to cool for 1 hour. Transfer to fridge & cool for 6 hours. Top with sauce and serve!
