Stuffed Shells

Why you'll love it

These ricotta stuffed shells are a delicious baked pasta meal the whole family will love!

What you need:

jumbo shells full-fat ricotta romano cheese fresh thyme fresh oregano salt & pepper shallots garlic spinach marinara sauce mozzarella cheese

Boil

Cook jumbo shells until al dente. Rinse with cold water & set aside. Preheat oven & prepare baking dish.  Then heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Sauté

Add shallot & salt to pan and sauté for 1 min. Then add garlic. Add spinach & toss. Sauté for 4-5 min or until wilted and then remove from heat.

Mix

In a large bowl mix together ricotta, seasonings & wilted spinach. Then add marinara sauce to casserole dish. Stuff shells with cheese mix & add to baking dish.

Serve

Repeat until baking dish is full. Pour remaining marinara, cover, & bake for 30 min. Remove, sprinkle with cheeses & place under broiler until browned!
