Mummy Truffles

Why you'll love it

These truffles are perfectly festive for Halloween. It's a fun treat for both adults and kids to make and eat!

What you need:

red velvet cake mix  cream cheese icing white chocolate bark candy eyes

Truffles

First, warm your cream cheese icing in the microwave. Then, crumble the prepared cake into a large bowl and fold in the warm icing.

Freeze

Scoop 1 tablespoon-sized balls onto a parchment or Silpat-lined baking sheet. Place the balls into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.

Dip

Melt the white chocolate bark according to the package directions. Dip each truffle into the white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.

Serve

Add the candy eyes to the truffle & drizzle the white chocolate to look like a mummy wrap with a piping bag. Then, let the truffles set & finally, serve!
