Mix Cheese

Use a stand mixer to beat cream cheese until creamy. Then, add cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, and salt. Mix on low.

Form into Ball

Shape cheese ball into a ball. Then, tightly wrap with plastic wrap. User baker's twine to create the pumpkin indents and loosely tie 6 knots.

Refrigerate

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night. Then, roll the ball in crushed pecans before serving.
