active dry yeast
granulated sugar
olive oil

garlic powder
all-purpose flour unsalted butterÂ
Italian seasoning

crushed red pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Mix
Allow yeast to activate. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and flour. Mix on low for 8-10 mins, until dough is tacky. Let rise for 2 hours.

Preheat
Preheat oven & lightly grease a baking sheet. Roll ball into 10-inch roll & cut into 8 pieces. Roll into 10-inch rope, cross pieces & place onto baking sheet.

Bake
Use a pastry brush and generously brush the top of each garlic knot with the butter mixture & bake for 15 minutes.

Serve
Once the knots are removed from the oven brush with the remaining butter and top with a tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
