Use up your leftover risotto in these parmesan arancini bites. Perfect for holiday gatherings or a game day snack!

What you need:

cooked risotto, cooled parmesan cheese kosher salt garlic powder Italian seasoning red pepper flakes plain bread crumbs eggs all-purpose flour Vegetable Oil

Mixture

First, mix together your risotto, cheese, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Then, the mixture into a ball.

Batter

Then, dip the ball into the flour mixture, then into the beaten egg, and lastly into the breadcrumb mixture.

Dipping Sauce

Make your dipping sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, chili paste and seasonings.

Enjoy

Fry the balls and let cool slightly, until ready for enjoying. Then dip in the Calabrian sauce and enjoy!
